This Privacy Policy applies to the Mikel Shortlet Helper mobile application ("the App") developed and published by Mikel Shortlet Apartments. The App is designed as an offline utility tool for travelers and short-stay guests in Nigeria.

By installing or using the App, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App from your device.

We want to be completely transparent. The App does not collect any of the following:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
• Device identifiers (IMEI, Advertising ID, or device name)
• Location data (GPS, IP address, or city/region)
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Feedback or form submissions — these are saved locally on your device only
• Photos, camera, microphone, or contacts
• Financial or payment information

The App requires no Android permissions of any kind. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, storage, contacts, location, or any other system resource. It simply works out of the box.

Certain features of the App (such as the Guest Feedback form and Packing Checklist) store your inputs temporarily within the App's session on your device. This data:

• Is stored only on your device
• Is never uploaded to any server or cloud service
• Is never accessible to us or any third party
• May be cleared when the App is closed or uninstalled

The App operates 100% offline. It does not require an internet connection at any point. No data is sent to or received from any server, website, or external service. All content displayed within the App is bundled locally at the time of installation.

The App does not integrate with any third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or social media services. There are no third-party libraries that collect data on our behalf. Specifically:

• No Google Analytics or Firebase
• No Facebook SDK or Meta services
• No advertising SDKs (AdMob, etc.)
• No crash reporting tools (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)

Mikel Shortlet Helper is a general utility tool suitable for all ages. Since we collect no personal data from any user, there is no special concern regarding data from children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). The App is safe for use by all age groups.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, export, or delete on our end. However, you always retain the right to:

• Uninstall the App at any time to remove it from your device
